Catalyze AI would benefit from a canonical school data file.

We don't believe they would pay for this, as they assume this is something we are already tracking/maintaining on our end. They would want this file included with every monthly release. They do a lot of querying based on education data and would like to ensure their internal database is current with any changes PDL makes.
