Add a no-code approach for viewing data in the PDL Dashboard

For users who aren't looking for an API or want to explore the data, add a feature similar to the Query Builder that allows users to graphic retrieve results.
I would like an interface that is easy for less technical users to engage with the data. This would help in making the data more accessible and reduce the need for technical resources.
